Kathy Shanley
Kathy is a dedicated professional who will work very hard for you in assisting you in taking the right STEPS in selling your property or the property of your ward, decedent, principal, or client. She has been a Real Estate Paralegal since 1978, a Licensed Title Insurance Agent since 1994, obtained her Real Estate Sales License in 2002 and successfully achieved her Real Estate Broker's License in 2004.
Kathy created Sarasota Trust & Estate Property Specialists, Inc., which primarily specializes in assisting individuals, guardians, healthcare providers, trustees, executors, personal representatives, and attorneys in preparing a property to maximize its' full sales value and to list the property for sale utilizing the Multiple Listing Service and other successful marketing strategies.
Kathy and her team will handle all the details involved in arranging for estate sales of personal property, arranging and supervising your client’s move to their new living arrangements, packing and shipping personal items to beneficiaries, hiring qualified people for clean-out, clean-up, repair, and handyman services, and anything else necessary to prepare the property to be placed on the market at its’ highest value. Kathy’s extensive knowledge of real estate law, as well as the probate, guardianship, and trust administration processes, give her a unique insight and understanding of all your real estate needs and will help you conserve your valuable time.
